Hey Charlie- I would venture to say that person isn't trolling, and may have multiplicity, or DID. And, believes that they are fat, but are "stuck" in a body that's thin. From the way it's written, I don't think they're saying that somehow they're transfat or fat-at-heart or something. I hope that helps.
