In the US, state legislators use their power to make sure that anyone who wants to change that little M/F on their birth certification must have surgery that results in sterilization. They don’t want trans people to have full access to reproductive justice. Their antiabortion/BC stance IS connected to their anti-trans stances. Cis privileged assholes don’t want to see that though
